Our full exclusive-use option includes a buyout of the whole lodge, private access to the 136,000-acre wilderness area that is Matetsi Private Game Reserve and 9 miles of Zambezi river frontage. This offering is ideal for those looking for the ultimate exclusive experience close to Victoria Falls.

An exclusive use buy-out is also ideal for a large group travelling together. Combined, the suites can accommodate up to 36 adults, or up to 43 guests (including at least 7 children up to age 16). A supplement can be applied should use of the River House private villa be included in the booking in order to accommodate additional guests, with a total of up to 44 adults, or up to 51 guests (including at least 7 children up to age 16).
