"Matetsi is world class in every way. The lodges are beautifully appointed with private plunge pools right on the Zambezi River. The staff are incredibly welcoming, we really felt at home. The head chef created the most amazing meals with an African twist, for example the rooibos panna cotta was a stand out dessert for me. We saw 2 lion prides, giraffes, elephants, a huge herd of buffalo, painted dog, hyenas, zebras and lots more. The rangers are extremely knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough."
